This thing is great! Way easier to travel with and I don't need to bring a 7 day pill minder with me. I'm feeling more relaxed than my home stack and the lemon flavor is a nice touch. Wish they would have invented this sooner and hopefully with hints of melon!
Very tasty drink. I take it 20-30 minutes before bed. Do feel calmer.
Tastes amazing, great for calming down at the end of a long training day or stressful work day.
